We evaluated 2 M-Audio Octane preamps for consideration as part of the live rig. These preamps will replace the need for a 16 channel mixer, making the recording rig much lighter and portable.

Billboard charting Smooth Jazz artist, Steve Oliver, records live demo's of a new Carvin synth guitar. Live to Disc is there to capture the 6 channels into Pro Tools. The audio will be available on Carvin's website with accompanying video in late March/early April.

New relationships are forged with some companies that will soon be announced. The NAMM 07 trade show allowed Live To Disc to discuss business opportunities with a long list of companies.
